When an authorized Timefields user connects a Google account, the application receives that user's Google account email (to confirm who signed in) and an authorization to read Google Ads. It then reads, for client advertising accounts the user may access: account and campaign identifiers and names, ad and creative details (text, images, destination URLs), daily performance metrics, conversion definitions and related reporting breakdowns such as location, device and age range. These reports are aggregated by Google; they do not identify individual people who saw an ad. The application does not access Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
Only to keep dated copies of the reports, check that figures are consistent, and prepare internal performance analysis for the client that owns the advertising account. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Reports are stored on Timefields computers with access limited to authorized staff. The Google authorization is stored encrypted by the operating system for the signed-in Windows user. Local backups are kept on the same systems.
We do not sell, rent or share this information. We provide analysis derived from it only to the client that owns the advertising account.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep report data while we provide services to the client and delete it within 90 days after the engagement ends, or sooner on the client's request to albert.king@timefields.com.
You can revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops future access; to request deletion of saved data, contact us.
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
